Curried Chicken-Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1/3 c. butter
1 to 2 tsp. curry
1 onion, chopped
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
milk
salt
Preparation

Salt the chicken parts and fry in butter on all sides in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
Add curry and onion 5 minutes before the frying is done and fry to a golden brown.
Add the broth; cover and leave to simmer until chicken is cooked.
Cook mushrooms no longer than 10 minutes in this mixture.
Remove chicken and mushrooms.
Add combined flour and milk to liquid to thicken.
Add chicken and mushrooms back to sauce.
Heat thoroughly and serve over rice.
