Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Rice potatoes and add butter, sugar, salt and whipping cream when hot.
    Add flour when cold just before rolled out.
    Roll thin and fry on grill or lefse plate.
