Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. plus 2 c. sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour (Wondra)
powdered sugar

Preparation

Will need a well-greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
