Mil'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (medium size) sweet potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Clean, peel and chunk sweet potatoes.
    Place potatoes in a large heavy skillet (on stove top).
    Add 2 cups water, margarine and brown sugar.
    Bring to boil.
    Then turn back to simmer for 1 hour until syrup thickens and potatoes are tender.
    Do not cover while cooking.
