Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak or lean beef stew meat
1/2 c. onions, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
noodles (cooked)
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips and roll in flour with little salt and pepper added.
Brown meat in oil, then add onion and water. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add soup and sour cream; stir and then simmer until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serves 4.
