Ricotta Pie (Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. container Ricotta
    10 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. container citrus fruit
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add all other ingredients and mix together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. No top shells needed.
