Almond Apricot Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. almond paste
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Dough:
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cut in butter to make small peas.
    Add egg yolk and water; stir with fork.
    Press into small muffin cups.
    Chill while making filling.
