Apple-Cheese Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    3 to 4 tart apples
    lemon juice
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients and mix until crumbly.
    Mix in grated cheese and work until mixture forms a dough.
    Roll out onto floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
    Slide onto baking sheet and fold up edge to make 1/2-inch border or fit into a 10-inch tart pan.
