Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. water
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, onion, garlic and chili powder until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in beans, soup, chilies and water.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 servings.
