Half And Half Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cake flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. butter
1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar and add egg yolks, two at a time.
Fold in flour and stiffly beaten egg whites and cream.
Beat slowly and bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until brown.
Makes one pound cake.
