Nantua Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream sauce
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. shrimp butter or finely ground shrimp
    1 medium onion, grated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well. Refrigerate to store.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
