Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 to 2 tsp. hot Oriental chili sauce (to taste)
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Process all ingredients in a food processor.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated, but best served at room temperature.
    If too thick, add a little more oil.
