Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1 box Swiss or German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with chopped pecans and coconut mixed together.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and melted butter. Pour over cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes and cut in squares.
