Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together and drop by spoonfuls into hot, broiling broth of chicken or beef or your choice.
    Turn on low to medium heat to continue boiling.
    Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    Do not peek! These never fail.
