Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm milk
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix yeast and warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening and warm milk.
    Stir well.
    Add eggs and stir.
    Add flour 1 cup at a time.
    Place in greased bowl and cover with towel and let rise in warm place 30 minutes.
    Roll out about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.
    Spread soft oleo on dough, thick.
    Sprinkle with mixture of 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Roll from long side like jelly roll.
    Slice and place on cookie sheet and let rise (covered) for 30 minutes.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Ice with a thin powdered sugar icing.
