Quickie Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sweet milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place flour, sugar, shortening and 1/3 cup milk in mixer and blend.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Add 1/3 cup milk last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Yield:
    12 cupcakes.
