Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, small chunks
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
    Add sour milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir.
    Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes or in 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Add topping immediately after cake is removed from oven.
