Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 Tbsp. chilled shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Chill shortening. Cut into dry ingredients. Add milk. Knead a few times.
    Roll 3/4-inch thick. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes (ungreased sheet).
