Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes, baked
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. or 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

While hot, cut baked potatoes in half.
Scoop out insides; whip potatoes.
Add butter.
Gradually beat in milk.
Stir in onion, salt and pepper.
Spoon back in shells.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
If you substitute onion salt, use 2 teaspoons for 3 large potatoes.
