Great Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 3/4 cup shortening
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. In a separate bowl, beat next 3 ingredients; then add to first. Stir with fork. Chill 15 minutes. Makes dough for at least 3 pies. Can be kept in the refrigerator or frozen.
