Baked Vegetable Macedoine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 yellow squash, thinly sliced
    1 zucchini squash, thinly sliced
    1 potato, peeled and diced
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place vegetables in an ungreased shallow 2-quart casserole. Gently toss.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender; stir once.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
