Peaches With Rum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipped cream
    juice from 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. rum
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    8 peaches, washed and sliced
Preparation
    Put whipped cream, lemon juice, rum and ice cream in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Serve over fresh sliced peaches. Substitute canned fruit for fresh as long as you drain it first.
