Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients until blended. Increase speed to medium. Beat until frosting is smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
