Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced thin)
    cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 2 qt. saucepan.
    Stir in flour and salt. add milk slowly, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens.
    Add potatoes.
    Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
    Put cheese on top and let melt.
