Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb ground chuck
    2 eggs
    1/4 medium size green pepper
    1/2 medium size onion
    1/4 c celery
    1/4 c ketchup
    1 Tbsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 pkg crackers (crushed)
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together first 12 ingredients.
    Pat into a loaf.
    Put in large roaster.
    Mix small can of tomato paste, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce together for sauce.
    Pour half of sauce over meat loaf.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours basting with remaining sauce mixture.
