Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. hen
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs, packed firm in cup, toasted and dried
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3 c. chicken broth or half and half with milk
    1 c. boiled celery cuts
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Simmer hen until tender in salted water.
    When done, cool and cut into chunks, not too fine.
    Mix with remainder of ingredients, except mushroom soup, adding eggs last.
    Put into baking dish. Pour mushroom soup over mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
