Diet Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. 2% milk or skim milk
    4 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Chill; when cool, cut into squares and serve with 1 tablespoon low fat Cool Whip.
