Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast
    flour
    egg
    milk
    2 garlic cloves
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Pound chicken and wash; dip into egg and milk, then into flour. Saute chicken in butter with garlic.
    Remove chicken.
    Add to pan water, chicken, bouillon, wine and lemon juice.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
