Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together; sift dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture and blend well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
For Pyrex pan, use 325\u00b0 oven.
Grease and flour pan.
