Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 medium onions, sliced
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    a little celery salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in large pan; cover, bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
    Mash potatoes slightly; add milk and butter and heat through.
