One Dish Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in a large baking dish.
Microwave until meat loses its red color, stirring about every 4 minutes.
Layer spaghetti, one layer one way, the next layer crosswise to prevent spaghetti from sticking together as it cooks.
Pour on tomato sauce and water.
Cover and microwave 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
This may be made on top of stove in a large saucepan using the same directions.
