Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Allow cream cheese, eggs and sour cream to sit at room temperature before mixing.
In large bowl at medium speed, blend cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar with mixer on low speed.
Add other ingredients and continue to beat for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into sprayed (Pam) 10-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour or until lightly brown.
Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes, cooling in pan on oven rack.
