Shore Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    1 medium bunch celery
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium pkg. mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    mild pepper rings
    2 oz. juice (from pepper rings)
    crushed tomatoes
    butter
    rice
Preparation
    Cook and peel shrimp.
    Cut celery, green pepper and mushrooms. Add diced onions and saute in butter. Add crushed tomatoes, mild pepper rings and pepper ring juice.
    Add spices (pepper, garlic salt, parsley and oregano).
    Simmer. Serve over rice.
