Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Break tortillas into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Pour chicken broth over chips.
Mix chicken, onion, pepper, soups and chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Add chili powder.
Pour chicken mixture over chips. Top with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
