Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, cut fine
Preparation
    Bake in skillet just like you would any regular bread at 400\u00b0.
