Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green peas
    1/2 small white onion
    10 pieces pimento
    1 Tbsp. Durkee low calorie mayonnaise
    1 stalk celery
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Drain peas.
    Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, chopped celery and onion and pimento.
    Chill 1/2 hour and serve.
    (Option: Lay a few boiled egg slices on top.)
    Serves 4.
