Loaf Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. water
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
6 c. flour
Preparation

Combine 1/3 cup warm water,
yeast,
2/3 tablespoonful of sugar and set aside. Combine 1-2/3 cups water, 1-1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup butter, 2 tablespoons salt and 1/2 cup sugar; beat until sugar and butter are melted.
Cool.
Add yeast mixture.
Using 6 cups of flour, mix and knead 15 minutes.
Let rise once in bowls and once in pan after making loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown. Butter tops when removed from oven.
Yield:
2 loaves.
