Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nutmeats
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and roll into 2 rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Slice and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool and frost with powdered sugar frosting.
