Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground or grated zucchini (about 5 large, do not peel)
    4 c. ground onions (about 3 lb.)
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dry celery seed
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 red pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Let first two ingredients stand overnight.
    Rinse and drain. Bring remaining ingredients to boil in large kettle.
    Simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 7 pints.
