Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix or 1 pkg. savory herb with garlic
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large plastic bowl, mix all ingredients; toss until potatoes are coated evenly.
    Empty into a shallow baking dish or roasting pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
