Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (24 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, reserve 2 Tbsp. for top
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    9 curly edge lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (2 c.), reserve 1/2 c. for top
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Have a 13 x 9-inch baking dish ready.
    In a bowl mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan, eggs, salt and pepper until blended.
    Spread 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish. Cover with a layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
    Spread 1/2 the Ricotta mixture over noodles, then half the spinach and shredded Mozzarella and half the remaining sauce.
    Continue to layer as directed.
    Top with remaining noodles and sauce.
    Sprinkle reserved Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
    Serves 6.
