Fruit Bread Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. 1/2-inch square soft bread cubes
    2 qt. milk
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    16 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. pitted dates, chopped
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. melted butter
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, dates, walnuts and melted butter.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 14 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Yield: 23 servings.
