Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Italian style tomatoes
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    3/4 c. corn oil
    1 small clove garlic
    1 tsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large eggplant
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make a sauce, combining tomatoes, tomato paste, oil, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook slow for 1/2 hour.
