Blueberry Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl. Place margarine in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Microwave on High for 30 seconds or until melted.
    Add margarine to dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
    Place blueberries in same pie plate.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over top.
    Sprinkle crumb mix over top of berries. Rotating dish midway through cooking, microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
