Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 c. raw, cubed squash
Preparation
    Mix honey, salt and flour; set aside.
    Mix milk, eggs and lemon; stir until blended.
    Put squash into blender, then add to milk mixture, then add to honey mixture.
    Pour into two unbaked pie crusts.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
