Taco Soup(By Daisy Smithson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy, drained
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. regular taco seasoning
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    3 (16 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
    6 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Put all ingredients in extra large pot.
    Makes 6 quarts.
    Simmer an hour or more.
