Sweet Hot Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry mustard
    2 c. malt or regular vinegar
    3 c. sugar or honey
    12 eggs
Preparation
    Put mustard and vinegar in a good size stainless steel bowl and mix well.
    Soak for 3 to 4 hours.
    Next, add sugar or honey and mix very well. Add eggs that have been beaten very well to mustard mixture pouring it through a strainer.
    Mix all ingredients very well and cook either in a double boiler or in the stainless steel pan in boiling water for 15 minutes until mixture thickens like pudding.
    Pour in 1/2 pint jars and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
