Carl'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck (beef)
1 large can V-8 juice
1 medium can tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano, ground
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 small sections garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf (optional)
red pepper and black pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown onion, green pepper and garlic in butter.
Brown meat and drain off fat, then add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 hours.
