Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
    3 or 4 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown garlic in 4 tablespoons oil.
    Remove garlic.
    Then add lightly floured chicken and saute on each side until lightly browned.
    Remove to baking dish.
    Add mushrooms to oil, adding a little more oil, if necessary.
    Saute mushrooms, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
    Then add Marsala wine, stir together for a minute or two and then pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
