Cherry Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    butter for frying crepes
    1 can cherry pie filling
    sour cream or whipped cream
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk, salt and eggs until well mixed.
    Batter will be thin.
    Cook crepes in small amount of butter in hot pan.
    Swirl pan to make crepe thin.
    As crepes are done, put 1 to 2 tablespoons cherry pie filling in center and roll up.
    Top with sour cream or whipped cream and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
